Please read the terms that apply to your seat category before you submit your application to the Youth Impact Camp Romania 2027, 4–7 February 2027, Ploiești, Romania.
Fully / Partially Funded
For applicants applying for a Fully Funded or Partially Funded seat.
Terms and Conditions for the Youth Impact Camp Romania 2027
Eligibility
Applicants must be aged 16 – 45 at the time of the Camp.
A valid passport is required to attend the event.
Application Fee
A non-refundable early bird application fee of $15.99 (regularly $19.99) must be paid upon submission. The 20% early bird discount ends 25 October 2026 at 11:59 PM Colorado time (MDT).
Scholarship Selection
Selection for Fully Funded and Partially Funded scholarships is at the sole discretion of Youth Impact Camp’s review board.
Applicants must demonstrate dedication, motivation, and alignment with the Camp’s goals in their application.
Self-Funded Participants
Applicants not selected for scholarships can opt for the Self-Funded package to attend the Camp.
Self-funded participants will enjoy the same privileges as Fully Funded and Partially Funded attendees.
Visa Assistance
Youth Impact Camp will provide an official invitation letter to support the visa application process but does not guarantee visa approval.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their travel documents are valid and processed on time.
Attendance Commitment
Participants must be available to attend the Camp from February 4th – 7th, 2027, in Ploiești, Romania.
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
Travel and Accommodation
Fully Funded participants will have airfare, shared accommodation, and meals during the Camp hours.
Partially Funded and Self-Funded participants must cover expenses not included in their respective packages.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior throughout the Camp.
Youth Impact Camp reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who violates the code of conduct.
Use of Personal Data
By submitting the application, you consent to Youth Impact Camp using your personal information for application processing and event communication.
Media Consent
By participating in the Youth Impact Camp Romania 2027, you grant permission to Youth Impact Camp to capture photographs and video/audio recordings of you during the event. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes across social media, websites, print publications, and other public platforms.
Additionally, the headshot photograph submitted with your application may be used in official participant announcements and promotional content on Youth Impact Camp’s social media channels and related platforms.
Liability
Youth Impact Camp is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during travel or participation in the Camp.
Changes to Terms
Youth Impact Camp reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of any significant changes.
By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
Self-Funded
For applicants attending on the Self-Funded or Camp Access package, including the refund policy.

Self-Funded and Camp Access Refund Policy
If you withdraw 30 days before the event
You will receive a 50% refund in the form of a voucher which can be used for any Youth Impact Camp conference within one year.
If you withdraw 20 days before the event
You will receive a 30% refund, issued as a voucher which can be used for any Youth Impact Camp conference within one year.
If you withdraw less than 20 days before the event
No refund (cash or voucher) will be issued.

Invitation Letter Refund Policy
Visa Assistance
Once you pay the invitation letter fee (USD 79.99 during the early bird offer; regularly USD 99.99), we will issue you an official invitation letter. After receiving the invitation letter, you may upgrade to any category of your choice (Self-Funded or Camp Access) by paying the remaining fee for that category.
Please note that obtaining the visa, paying embassy fees, and completing the visa application are entirely the responsibility of the participant. Youth Impact Camp does not manage or guarantee the visa process or outcome.
